Mr. Kaiser co-founded InterVision in 1993 after an extensive and impressive career in various entrepreneurial ventures. In 1996 he co-founded WebZone, a managed service provider, which was acquired in October 2000. Mr. Kaiser brings years of industry experience to InterVision along with his ability to assemble and manage a diverse and talented group of industry experts. Mr. Kaiser holds a BS degree in Business from San Jose State University.
Mr. Gress co-founded InterVision in 1993 and currently serves as President. He has extensive experience as a technology executive and brings close to twenty years experience in IT Storage and Networking solutions. In his fifteen years at InterVision, he has been instrumental in developing the go-to-market strategy to support the company's growth in revenues to over $83M. In 1996 he co-founded Web Zone, a managed service provider. Mr. Gress served as the President of Web Zone in 2000, when the company was acquired. Much of his career has been spent focusing on sales, marketing and service. Mr. Gress holds a BS degree in Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Craig Parks is responsible for Engineering and Operations at InterVision. Prior to InterVision, Mr Parks was Vice President of Operations and Services for XenSource. As an early employee at XenSource, Craig helped create the go to market strategy, business model and services organization. Before joining XenSource, he served as VP of World Wide Customer Services for Marimba/BMC. In his seven years at Marimba, he was instrumental in growing revenues to over $45M. Before joining Marimba, he served as Director of Systems Engineering for Tivoli Systems/IBM. Craig has years of extensive experience in professional services, customer care and technical sales management. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Mr McGrath is recognized for his expertise in the architecting, design and implementation of storage and systems in complex data center environments. He has extensive experience in the areas of disaster recovery, backup, email (Exchange/SMTP), load balancing, operating systems (Linux, Microsoft & UNIX) and storage (NAS & SAN) environments. He has been instrumental in the architecture and deployment of such technologies in data center environments such as PayPal/EBay, Everdream and Alta Vista. Prior to joining InterVision, Sean McGrath held technical and/or technical management positions at Cohesive Systems, Zip2, Alta Vista, PayPal, EBay and Everdream.
Prior to joining InterVision, Ms. Frankina was the Controller and Operations Manager for a telecom test equipment manufacturer. Over the course of 12 years, she has played a very active role in growing this organization's revenues and overall profitability.
Danielle has an entrepreneurial background and has owned or participated in several business ventures over the years. She has extensive experience in finance and management, and is currently responsible for all of finance, purchasing, and assists with daily business operations.
Mr Iliff has extensive experience the areas of switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, load balancing and WAN optimization. He has spent the last 15+ years of his career architecting, designing, building and deploying networks based upon products such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Foundry and Riverbed. He has been responsible for the successful implementation of these products in the networks of such companies as Apple, Sun Microsystems, Autodesk, and The Sharper Image. Prior to joining InterVision, Mr. Iliff held technical and/or technical management positions at Stanford Telecommunications, Apple Computer, 3Com, General Magic, Vertical Networks and Yegwa Communications.
