Sr. Systems and Storage Engineer
This exciting and dynamic position promotes systems and storage technologies throughout the sales cycle. The primary role of the Sr. Systems Engineer is to support a team of Sales Representatives for InterVision. This person will act as the technical liaison between the customers, prospects, sales department and our vendors. This individual will provide technical expertise in analyzing customer’s requirements, recommending solutions and assisting the sales department and other engineers with the development of proposals, quotations and presentations. This individual will be responsible for the technical sales cycle and will work closely with the sales people to close business.

Network Appliance Systems Engineer
This exciting position focuses on the design, implementation and installation of Network Appliance (NetApp) technologies for InterVision’s customers. This individual will provide technical expertise in analyzing customer's requirements, recommending solutions and deploying the solutions at customer’s sites. This individual will be responsible for the post sales implementation of NetApp solutions and will work closely with the pre-sales engineers and sales people to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Support Engineer
This position is a critical part of InterVision’s support solutions provided to InterVision customers. This position supports InterVision’s customers with the use of their Network Appliance equipment via our telephone helpdesk. This position also services as part of the corporate internal IT helpdesk. This person will act as the technical support liaison between the customers and our vendors. This individual will be responsible for the technical support of InterVision customers and users and will work closely with other helpdesk employees to provide the highest quality service and support.
