Problem: Needed to deploy a backup infrastructure to meet the ever growing demands of their data footprint, and provide a reduction with their backup window, whilst lowering the restore time objectives.
Our Solution: InterVision proposed a highly scalable, tiered storage, backup architecture leveraging the customer’s existing network infrastructure. New hardware components consisted of Netapp’s Nearstore/VTL product line, as well as a Symantec and Quantum libraries. InterVision worked closely with the Company’s stakeholders, to define and build an architecture to meet their needs. Deployment has proven successful, as the company has now met its backup requirements.
