Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)
Disaster Recovery (DR) is an essential to business longevity. Without a solid DR plan you put your business at risk. Every day. When choosing a Disaster Recovery solution for your mission critical applications, ask the right questions.
The InterVision site-to-site disaster recovery (DR) service offers virtual data center replication between sites and resources in the target InterVision data center. With unparalleled Restore Point Objective (RPO) and Restore Time Objectives (RTO), InterVision DRaaS significantly reduces costs, increases productivity, reduces complexity and improves service levels throughout your organization.
The InterVision DR solution enables the failover of the virtual data center environment to be able to resume running in a InterVision data center after a disaster has been declared. The InterVision service team will work directly with the client to define and execute the InterVision responsibilities of a client DR runbook. The service replicates at 5-minute intervals inters and retains 23-hours’ worth of recovery points. InterVision commits to a 4-hour or less restore time for up to 50 servers.
InterVision offers target compute and storage resources at the recovery site, replication and management services to assist with administering, testing and failover of the environment. The service includes pre-sales consultation, solution design, implementation, and assistance with runbook creation, service administration, periodic testing of the solution, support, maintenance, and service portals.
Supported environments include Client-premises to InterVision Cloud and InterVision Cloud to InterVision Cloud. Both solutions must include NetTend® monitoring and support to realize the SLA metrics.
